The Department of Physics offers graduate, post-graduate and doctoral programs in Physics. The department has been established under Faculty of Engineering & Applied Sciences (FEAS). It is located at Riphah International University, Main Campus, Sector I-14, Islamabad. The M.Phil. / M.S. in Physics is designed primarily for the students who want to prepare for the career path which takes advantage of the diverse and expanding opportunities in industrial, strategic organization and universities. The program provides a solid foundation in the concepts of physics as well as giving the students the experience and understanding of application of these concepts. M.Phil./MS physics is minimum 2 - years (4 - semester) master degree program comprising 50 credit hours in total.
